It shall be the responsibility of client to provide Original and / or Valid Documents and other necessary documents to TT Attestation for the process of Apostille and/or Attestation.
TT Attestation will not be liable for any kind of consequences arising due to the fakeness or duplicity of the document.
The owner or submitter of document will have to bear the cost solely if any legal liabilities or otherwise, which may arise to the same.
TT Attestation always advise to submit non-laminated documents for Apostille and/or Attestation, as the Attestation process takes place on the back side of documents or certificate. As a result lamination needs to be removed for further process of legalization and there are rare chances of unavoidable damage to occur during removal of lamination from documents and/or certificates. TT Attestation and Apostille Services does not responsible for any such kind of damages.
The client agrees and understands that TT Attestation shall not be held liable for any kind of delay in the procedure at MEA, Embassy or Courier Agencies and also there will be no deductions in the charges due to delay in the procedure.
The client agrees and understands that TT Attestation shall not be held liable for any kind of stapling on the documents as stapling is very common practice done by MEA and all respective Embassies.
The client agrees and understands that TT Attestation shall not be held liable if documents folded by the courier agencies, as all courier companies are using standard size envelopes and if the documents are large in size then it will have to be folded to fit in the envelopes.
The client agrees and understands that TT Attestation shall not be held liable for any loss of documents if any occurs from courier company end. In case of any documents loss, the indemnity will be the same as provided by the courier company.
The Client agrees and understands that TT Attestation shall not be held any power to influence for acceptance or rejection of the procedure of Apostille and / or Attestation from respective Authorities. TT Attestation acts merely as in intermediary between the client and respective approval Authorities.
All disputes are subject to Gujarat jurisdiction only.
